After much research and development, we are proud to announce the release of our new factory replacement billet differential. We took the time to analyze and identify all weak points of the factory unit then re-engineered the housing from the ground up to ensure that it can withstand the torque that comes with higher horsepower or larger tires.
This housing maintains factory clearance so that stock internals can be used without modification. That means that you can purchase an empty housing then remove the internals from your current differential and install them in our housing, using our provided shim kit, without having to buy new components. Wavetrac posi-traction units are also available for anyone that wants to upgrade from the stock internals.
Fits Hellcat, Demon, and Redeye in all factory body styles.
For those with the experience and knowledge to set up a differential we offer setup bearing caps, which bolt on over the bearings so that you do not and have reassemble the entire housing to check the pattern, as well as a rear end vise plate that will allow you to hold the differential in a vise for comfortable setup.
All units should be assembled by professionals with extensive experience setting up ring and pinion gears.
Due to the variations in factory housings and components each differential will need to have the lash adjusted. We strongly suggest sending in your differential for us to make the swap for you or purchasing a complete unit that we set up. Improper adjustment of the gears can cause whining or premature failure of components.
